Razer announced a new Expert level ambidextrous the Razer Taipan which is similar with the Razer Lachesis and Razer Abbysus but with an all new design and armed with an all-new 8200dpi 4G optical sensor, the DPI is even higher compared to the Elite level mouse, the Razer Mamba. It is said to be developed and collaborated eSports athletes to create the Razer Taipan with feedback from pro-gaming teams like MouseSports, QuanticGaming, and other more.
The design of the mouse is ambidextrous which means the shape of the Razer Taipan is symmetrical and having 9 programmable buttons, making it fit for both left and right handers which is more comfortable to wide variety of people, suited with a contoured thumb grip and anti-slip grip so Claw-grippers, Finger-tippers and palm grippers will easily love the design of the mouse. The mouse sports an optimized weight and balance to easily control the mouse into pinpoint accuracy.
The Razer Taipan is also powered by the Razer Synapse 2.0, which allows the mouse to automatic sync with on the cloud based on the user's personal configuration like macros, key binds and DPI profiles. and allows easy firmware updates.
The Razer Taipan is one mouse that gamers will truly grab at $79.99, but one thing has got me troubled, why has Razer placed the Razer Taipan on the Expert level, in which the mouse if forged so well based on the announcement of Razer, maybe Razer is off to surpise us with something new and innovative to the gaming scene.
